Music to Our Ears:
Are you aware that Bonney Memorial Library offers an instrument loan program?
Due to the generous contributions from John Barton (pictured below) of Friendly River Music https://www.friendlyrivermusic.com, we have acquired half a dozen musical instruments, including guitars, a mandolin, and a keyboard, for patrons to borrow. John Barton also kindly donated an extensive collection of music books, available on the library's lower level.
Additionally, thanks to another thoughtful library supporter and fiddler, John McIntyre, we now have a violin available!
*Please note that some instruments are still undergoing cataloging. We appreciate your patience as we continue this project. To borrow an instrument, a valid Maine Driver's License is necessary.
