Support the Bonney Memorial Library by making a one-time monetary donation or by contributing monthly. Your generosity helps us continue to provide valuable resources and programs for our community. Your contribution, big or small, makes a difference in fostering a love of reading and learning. Thank you for considering supporting our library.
Another way to support us is to give us your redemption! Bring your returnables to Village Variety: just say "donate to Cornish Library" or "869"; Hannaford Clynk bags with library tags are available at the Library & Cornish Town Office.
Book Donations
If you would like to donate your used books to the library, please bring them to the front desk during regular library hours.

We welcome donations of materials that can be added to our collection or sold to support our programs, including:

Adult and children’s hardcover and audio books. NO paperback books, please.

CDs and DVDs in cases

Puzzles bagged inside boxes (no missing pieces, please)
Due to space and staff limitations, we can only accept up to 10 books at a time.

All items must be in good or better condition. Items in poor / unsellable condition, or for which there is no market, create a financial burden for the Library and extra work for volunteers and can create a mold/mildew problem.

Please do NOT bring:

Books with mold or mildew, musty smell or water damage. Do not bring books with other physical damage such as stained or torn covers, broken spines, or writing inside.

Magazines or Journals

Textbooks, self-published books, encyclopedias, condensed books.

VHS tapes or cassette tapes (DVDs are ok)

Older, Contemporary fiction (more than 10 years old)

Medical, computer, technology, health, or reference books more than 2 years old, as the information may no longer be valid or accurate.
